The Baker Family has "gone to the dogs"
for sure. From our home here in the
Catskill Mountains of NY we live with, love
& breed our two favorite breeds of dogs --
Bernese Mountain Dogs and our new,
fantastic hybrids-the Golden Mountain
Dogs.
Chris is a Veterinary Technician with 20 yrs
experience in all phases of animal care.
Herb had a very successful career in Music
culminating with 32 years as Principal
Percussionist with the Metropolitan Opera
Orchestra at Lincoln Center for the
Performing Arts in NYC.
We have been breeding Bernese Mt Dogs
for over 20 years, and have had Golden
Retrievers for over 15 yrs. We began
breeding Golden Mountain Dogs several
years ago and are thrilled with these
Bernese/ Golden Retriever crosses.
Our over-riding principal in breeding dogs
is to produce healthy, sweet, smart family
members. Our dogs are bred for happy,
tolerant, fun loving personalities. They are
exceptional with children and other animals.
